LET THE WITCHES RIDE!

Während des WITCH*BITCH*BIKE*RIDE werden Fahrrad-Aktivismus und feministische Aktionen im Rahmen einer partizipatorischen Performance als Rituale für das Publikum erlebbar. Während des Festivals werden die Rituale gemeinsam mit den RADS in unterschiedlichen Workshops wie dem Hack Lab oder der Mixed-Media-Werkstatt erprobt.
Die gemeinsame Performance und rituelle Durchführung schafft einen temporären und mobilen feministischen Safe Space. Wir sind LAUT UND SICHTBAR im BITCH*RIDE. Das WITCH*BIKE manifestiert sich dabei als unser Symbol des Widerstands gegen repressive Auswirkungen des Kapitalismus und Patriarchats auf unsere Körper.

During this ride, we will celebrate bike activism and feminist action through rituals and participatory performances. These rituals will be developed together in collaboration with the RADS during the festival, in the Hack Lab and Mixed-Media-Workshop.
The collective performance and ritual acts create a temporary, mobile feminist safe space – in the BITCH*RIDE, we will be LOUD AND VISIBLE. The WITCH*BIKE functions as symbolic resistance against the repressive body politics of capitalism and the patriarchy.
